The system is used for waterproofing unexploited buried structures of buildings and structures for various purposes with a low groundwater level. Two layers of waterproofing membrane made of bitumen-polymer roll material Imer Lux N provide increased requirements for the reliability of the waterproofing system. The profiled membrane protects the waterproofing coating from mechanical damage.

This system is recommended for prefabricated and monolithic foundations with an unexploited basement, technical or basement floor in local sandy soils with a low groundwater level.

In addition, it is recommended to use this system in cases where there is a possibility of a rise in the groundwater level due to unforeseen situations of a natural or man-made nature; in structures with increased requirements for the reliability of insulation of buried elements; with a foundation depth of more than 20 m.
